I'm an overwhelmed dog parent. After years working as a professional dog walker and qualifying as a dog trainer, I realised something. Most dog parents aren't looking for hundreds of products or complicated advice. They just want someone they can trust to help them make the right choices.
That's where The Curious Dog Company comes in.
Why I Started The Curious Dog Company
Back in 2021, the business began as a small side project alongside my work as a professional dog walker. Since then, life has changed and the business has grown and this led me to a rebrand in 2026. Lots has changed, but the mission has stayed exactly the same...
To help overwhelmed dog parents feel more confident by taking the guesswork out of shopping for their dogs.
Every product you see here has earned its place. I don't believe in stocking thousands of items just because I can or because they're trending. Instead, I spend my time researching, testing and carefully curating a smaller collection of products that I'd happily recommend to my own friends and family.
If I wouldn't use it with my own dog, you won't find it here.
Meet Harley 🐶
Harley, my Springer Spaniel, has taught me more than any book or training course ever could.
We've navigated health challenges, behavioural struggles, training setbacks and all the emotions that come with loving a dog who isn't always "easy." She's the reason I understand how overwhelming dog ownership can sometimes feel, and why I'm so passionate about making it just a little bit simpler for other people.
Everything I do is shaped by what I've learned through life with her.
